ASTARTA HOLDING NV (18/2019) Notification concerning disposal of shares in the Company

The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (the "Company") informs that on July 12th, 2019, the Company received from Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander ("Aviva OFE") the following notification:

"In accordance with the obligation under the Dutch law, we inform you about the transaction on sale of shares in Astarta Holding N.V. (hereinafter the "Company") with its registered office in Amsterdam the Netherlands, conducted on July, 8, 2019 Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander ("Aviva OFE") reduced the share in the total number of votes in the Company below 3%.

Before settlement of the aforementioned transaction, as of 9th July, 2019, Aviva OFE held 786,106 shares in the Company, constituting 3,14% of the share capital (issued shares) of the Company and entitling to 786,106 votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders, which constituted 3,14% of the total number of votes.

After the settlement of the aforementioned transaction, as of 10th July 2019, Aviva OFE held 743,344 shares in the Company representing 2,97% of the share capital (number of issued shares) of the Company and entitling to 743,344 votes at the General Meeting of shareholders, which constituted 2,97% of the total number votes".
