Zakon joannitów już 700 lat temu zmienił ekosystem w Lubuskiem PAP
Badania pyłku roślin w osadach torfowiska Pawski Ług na ziemi lubuskiej pokazały, jak mocno zmieniło się tam środowisko już w XIV wieku, kiedy terenem zaczął gospodarować zakon joannitów (kawalerów maltańskich) i rozpoczęło się tam przejście od społeczności plemiennej do feudalnej.
