Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on December 13, 2023 the Company bought 184 000 (one hundred and eighty-four thousand) own shares representing 0.107% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 1 122 400 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 6,10.
The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 14,229,188 representing 8.244% of the share capital of the Company.
