The Management Board of Agora S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("the Company", "Agora") hereby announces that due to the registration by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register change in the paragraph 18 item 1 of the Company's Statute adopted by the resolution no. 27 by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM) on June 24, 2014 and in accordance with the resolution no. 28 of the AGM, the Supervisory Board members appointed by way of co-option Mr. Pawel Mazur to the Supervisory Board during the meeting held on November 6th, 2014.Pawel Mazur - member of the Supervisory Attorney, partner in Wardyński & Partners.

He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2010 and since 2013 he heads the branch in Katowice. His practises are litigation and arbitration, specializes in commercial law, foreign investments, aviation and sports law. Since 2011 he is he has served as chairman of the Arbitration Court at the National Sports Chamber. He is a member of International Bar Association.Between 2008 and 2011 he was a Member of the Supervisory Board of LOT Polish Airlines and the Chairman of Fleet Committee. Between 1996 and 1997 he was a Vice -chairman of the Supervisory Board in C.Hartwing Gdynia SA in Katowice.Paweł Mazur graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Krakow .

He also completed courses on commercial law at the University of London and international protection of human rights at DePaul University in Chicago. He has gained professional experience in secondments to well-known foreign law firms.He began practising as an attorney in 1993. Between 2000 and 2010 he was the managing partner of Cabała Mazur Grochowska, based in Nowy Sacz with branches in Krakow and Gorlice. He was born in 1962. Pawel Mazur is not on the List of Insolvent Debtors kept on record on the National Court Register Act and is not involved in any activity that competes with the Agora Group.
