Content: The Management of SERINUS ENERGY INC. ("Company")informs that on 23 October, 2014 by means of Resolution No. 1189/2014 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE") declared the admission to stock exchange trading on the main market of up to 38,479,608 shares of the Company and decided to admit up to 38,479,608 shares of the Company with no nominal value to trading as from 23 October, 2014 as well as decided to introduce them to stock exchange trading on the main WSE market as from 27 October, 2014. The introduction is subject to registration of the above mentioned Shares with the National Depository for Securities ("KDPW") as of 27 October, 2014 and assigning the code CA81752K1057 to the Shares.
