SOPHARMA AD (198/2023) Notification on the terms and conditions for distribution of the dividend

Podstawa prawna: art. 56. 1. 2 of Act on Public Offering.

"Sopharma" AD (the Company) notifies all shareholders of the Company about the decision of the EGM of "Sopharma" AD that took place on November 24, 2023 regarding the amount and type of dividend distributed and the terms and conditions for its distribution:

The EGM approves the proposal by the Board of Directors for the distribution of 6-month gross dividend amounting to BGN 0.90 (ninety stotinki) per share.

The persons eligible for dividend are those present in the register of the Central Depository 14 days after the day of the EGM on which the financial statements of the Company for the first half of 2023 was approved and the decision for dividend was taken, namely December 8 2023 (record date) - ex dividend date December 7 2023. The starting date for dividend payment is January 22 2024.

In accordance with the Regulations of the Central Depository, the dividend shall be paid out as follows: for shareholders with client accounts at an investment intermediary - through the investment intermediary, for shareholders without accounts at an investment intermediary - through the branches of "Eurobank EFG - Bulgaria" AD /Postbank/ in the country.
