The Management Board of Pfleiderer Grajewo S.A. (hereinafter the"Company") informs about giving by the Supervisory Board of the Company on June 2nd ,2014 an opinion on the motion of Management Board concerning distribution of Company's profit for 2013 business year.
The Supervisory Board recommends to accept the motion of the ManagementBoard on distribution of the net profit for period from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013 in a total amount of PLN 86,003 thousand to the supplementary capital of the Company.
Pursuant to the Regulation of the Polish Council of Ministers on currentand periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009 (Dz. U. No. 33, item 259).
