Topic: Mr Paweł Tamborski's receipt of the consent of the Committee for the Review of Requests for Consent for Employment of Persons Who Performed Public Functions to take position of President of the Exchange Management Board

Content: In reference to Current Report No.8/2014 of 26 June 2014, the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE", "Exchange","Company") informs that today it has become aware of Mr Paweł Tamborski's receipt of the consent of the Committee for the Review of Requests for Consent for Employment of Persons Who Performed Public Functions, appointed by the Prime Minister, pursuant to Article 7 of the Act on Limitation of Business Activities of Persons in Public Functions of 21 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2006, No. 216, item 1584) to take position of President of the Exchange Management Board.Mr Paweł Tamborski was appointed as President of the Exchange Management Board according to Resolution No. 3 of the WSE Ordinary General Meeting, which started on 26 June 2014. The Resolution shall enter into force on the date of Mr Paweł Tamborski's receipt of the consent of the Committee for the Review of Requests for Consent for Employment of Persons Who Performed Public Functions and delivery to the Company of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority decision on its consent for the change on the Exchange Management Board, however no earlier than the date of the Ordinary General Meeting's approval of the financial statements of the Company for the year 2013.Legal basis: § 5.1 (22) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognised as equivalent.
