Topic: List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock ExchangeContent:The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("WSE") announces a list of shareholders who held at least 5% of votes at the WSE Ordinary General Meeting convened for 26 June 2014, continued on 15 July 2014 and ended on 25 July 2014:- a shareholder which held at least 5% of votes at the WSE Ordinary General Meeting on 26 June 2014 was the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland which held 29,376,940 votes equal to 81.16% of votes at the Meeting and 51.74% of the total vote,- a shareholder which held at least 5% of votes at the WSE Ordinary General Meeting on 15 July 2014 was the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland which held 29,376,940 votes equal to 81.22% of votes at the Meeting and 51.74% of the total vote,- a shareholder which held at least 5% of votes at the WSE Ordinary General Meeting on 25 July 2014 was the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland which held 29,376,940 votes equal to 81.19% of votes at the Meeting and 51.74% of the total vote.
The total number of shares issued by the Warsaw Stock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votes conferred by the shares is 56,779,470.Legal basis: Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
